Skip a meal, feed your neighbor.

Once a month, skip a meal (or all three) and donate your savings to a local food cupboard.

How it works

  1. Join us by skipping a meal, or two, or three. Consider a 24 hour fast.
  2. Search “food cupboard near me” to find a hunger-relief organization in your neighborhood.
  3. Donate the money you saved by not eating to that organization. 
  4. If you'd like, meditate with community via Zoom instead of eating lunch!
